Insurance
I am not a participating provider in any insurance networks. However, insurance plans that cover services performed by an out-of-network provider will typically reimburse a percentage of my fee. I will bill you directly and provide you with an invoice to submit for insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits.
Directions
Directions to Silver Spring office:
By Metro: Take the Red Line to the Silver Spring station. From the train platform, take the South (buses) exit. When you exit the station, walk north on Colesville Road (in the direction of the Discovery Channel). Walk four blocks to Spring Street. Turn Right and continue to blocks to 8607 Cedar Street. (Spring Street becomes Cedar Street after you cross Ellsworth). Plan on a ten-minute walk.
By car: From the Washington Beltway (I-495), take route29/Colesville Rd. Exit South (Exit 30 or 30B depending on the direction from which you are traveling). Drive south on Colesville Road for just over a mile to the traffic signal at Spring Street (on the edge of the Silver Spring business district). Turn left on Spring St, continuing through the traffic light at Ellsworth. You will see the office on the left at 8607 Cedar St. (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth).
Parking:
There is a large Montgomery County parking garage on Ellsworth St., only one block from the office. To reach the garage, turn right on Ellsworth from Spring St. The parking garage is immediately ahead on your right. As you exit the garage, you will be able to see the office to your left-a gray two story house in the middle of the block on Cedar Street (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth).
There is limited metered parking (requiring quarters) directly in front of the office.
Directions to Bethesda office:
By Metro
My office is located three short blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station. Exit the station on Woodmont Avenue, walk left to the traffic light and turn right onto Montgomery Lane. Walk one block, turn right onto West Lane and walk to the end of the road. You will be at the professional entrance of 4828 West Lane. Enter through the door marked 'B' and walk up the stairs to the waiting area.
From Rockville: Take Route 355 South (Wisconsin Ave.) Turn right onto Woodmont Avenue just after The National Institutes of Health. Stay on Woodmont Avenue, crossing Old Georgetown Road (route 187). Turn right onto Montgomery Lane. Take your first right onto West Lane. You will pass 4828 West Lane on your right. Continue around to the side entrance of this house and you will reach a professional office entrance marked “B”. Enter this door and you will find the waiting area at the top of the stairs.
From Washington, D.C.: Take Route 355 North (Wisconsin Ave.) Turn left onto Old Georgetown Road (route 187). At the second light, turn left onto Woodmont Avenue. From Silver Spring: Drive west on East-West Highway (route 410). At the center of Bethesda, bear slightly right as you cross Wisconsin Avenue, continuing on Old Georgetown Road (route 187). From Northern Virginia: Take I-495 N/Capital Beltway toward Baltimore/Bethesda. Take River Road (route 190) toward Washington. Turn Left onto Goldsboro Road. Turn right onto Bradley Boulevard. Turn left onto Arlington road. Turn Right onto Montgomery Lane. Take your first left onto West Lane. You will pass 4828 West Lane on your right. Continue around to the side entrance of this house, and you will reach a professional office entrance marked “B”. Enter this door and you will find the waiting area at the top of the stairs.
Parking
There are parking spaces in front of the office. If all the spaces are occupied, there is a metered parking lot at the Bethesda Public library two blocks from the office. The library is located at the intersection of Montgomery Lane and Arlington Road.
